The Forum will be held at McGraw Hill, 1221 Avenue of the Americas, Second Floor Gallery and Auditorium. Please enter through the 49th Street side of the building. Proceed to escalator to second floor.

DATE & TIME
The Forum will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2008, beginning at 8.00 am.

TAX DEDUCTION
Expenses for this Forum are undertaken to maintain and improve professionals' skills and are generally tax deductible.

CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSITUTIONS
If you need to cancel you will receive a full refund only if you notify us in writing 20 days prior to the Forum. A substitute attendee can replace a registered attendee at any time. Please notify us in writing of any change.
