The Forum will be held at McGraw Hill, 1221 Avenue of the Americas, Second Floor Gallery and Auditorium. Please enter through the 49th Street side of the building. Proceed to escalator to second floor.

The Forum will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2008, beginning at 8.00 am.

Expenses for this Forum are undertaken to maintain and improve professionals' skills and are generally tax deductible.
