The Forum and Exhibition Session will be held at
McGraw-Hill Conference Center,
1221 Avenue of the Americas, Second Floor Gallery and Auditorium, New York City.
Please enter through the 49th Street side of the building. Proceed to escalator to second floor.
DATE & TIMES
The Forum will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2009, beginning at 8.00 am.
TAX DEDUCTION
Expenses for this Forum are undertaken to maintain and improve professionals' skills and are generally tax-deductible.
CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
If you need to cancel you will receive a full refund only if you notify us in writing 2 days prior to the Forum. A substitute attendee can replace a registered attendee at any time. Please notify us in writing of any changes.
